The natural world and its myriad creatures offer Flavia Bacarella both inspiration and motif. Many of the works in this show depict features of the landscape surrounding the Hudson Valley farm on which she lives with her husband. Some are descriptive. Others derive in part from memory or imagination and a delight in the beauty of color and place.
